Seeing as Oscar the Grouch was so possessive, here's a great traditional gazpacho recipe.

Here's my Gazpacho recipe, given to me by a Spanish girl here at work, she also gave me a big bag of the paprika that they use in Spain.
6-8 tomatoes
1 small onion, sweeter the better.
1/2 green pepper
1/2 red pepper
1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
1 peeled cucumber
1 litre chilled water
Some staled bread. 1/2 a demi baguette
White wine vinegar 1/3 cup
Olive oil 1 cup
salt
I blitz and then pass the tomatoes through a sieve. Then blitz up the vinegar, salt and olive oil. Add to the tomato and then blitz everything else into it, simple really. You can leave the skins on the tomatoes, you can make fine or large pieces, it's up to you.
