A little variation on scotch eggs, nice.
I'm a member of a forum that talks about smoking meat and these guys come up with some pretty crazy fatties, some make breakfast fatties where they put strips of pancake with maple syrup and eggs and wrap it in sausage. The other day someone made a cheezeburger fatty.
