so I have a 4.5 gallon batch of blueberry wine on the go, wheni transfer to secondary and rack off the fruit I will be squeezing the berries again and adding juice to secondary.
Has anybody used the fruit for anything like pies, squares, etc. Or is it just compost. Recipe used approx 15 lbs of fresh berries

I don't see how you would be able to get much use out of it. By the time you rack and squeeze the juice you're likely just going to have a (relatively small) blob of pulp. Fruit in wine isn't like grains for beer where you can still get some use out of the grains.

Might make good compost though :)

It's going to be mush, compost is really the best thing for it, but if you think it's worth it to try, give it a shot.
Regards, GF.
