Palmer's spreadsheets uses Alkalinity as CaCO3 but my water reports doesn't list that. Is there any way I can calculate that value based on the water report content below?

Here’s my water report.
Chlorine residual 2.32 mg/L
PH 7.3 Units
Fluoride .86 mg/L
Chloride 51 mg/L
Nitrite ND
Nitrate 1.2 mg/L
Sulfate 16 mg/L
Lithum ND
Potassium ND
Sodium 16 mg/L
Calcium 28 mg/L
Magnesium ND
Copper ND
Iron ND
Manganese ND
Zinc .18
Lead ND
Alkalinity 36 mg/L
Hardness 95 mg/L
Total Solids 186 mg/L
Total Suspended solids .6 mg/L

I brewed two brews today – a scottish 60 shilling and a English original bitters and my mash ph was 4.7. I use a carbon water filter which takes care of the chlorine but I'm wondering if I can be making better beers by tweaking my water during the mash.

if i remember correctly the Palmer spread sheet has the option to measure Alkalinity in more than one way. i believe there is a little red triangle on the box's label. click that if i remember that will allow you to chose a different Alkalinity measurement.
 
The spreadsheet has a dropdown list for measuring alkalinity:
1: Bicarbonate (ppm)
2: Alkalinity as CaCO3

Neither are listed on my local report.
 
# This calculator uses Bicarbonate (HCO3-) as the measure of alkalinity. If your water report specifies alkalinity or hardness as CaCO3, multiply that number by 1.22 to get the HCO3- value.
# Alkalinity (in ppm as CaCO3) = HCO3- x 50 / 61

My water supply lists Alkalinity 36 mg/L.

So my Bicarbonate = 36 x 1.22 = 43.92 ?
