Well I am almost out of HB. The last batch I had brewed turned out flat. I have inverted them, but will now have to wait another 3 weeks to retest. I have one in a primary and another one in the secondary. Damn!!
Time to experiment and buy some craft brews with capped or swing top bottles. Every time my pipeline runs dry I use it as an excuse to sample some new beers and add a few bottles to my inventory.
Great minds must think alike because that is exactly what I did.
