Capper broke....fml...

So its bottling day, and my capper broke on the first bottle. OH $hi@....

So I quick drove to my LHBS which is fairly close and bought a new one, but, the beer I had just put into bottles was sitting uncapped 1+ hour on my table. Does anyone know if there will be an oxygen effect in this amount of time? Any thoughts appreciated! Hopefully this batch isn't screwed....

Only one way to find out, but if you are really worried you can ship the whole lot to me and I'll extensively test it for you.

Did you leave it under fluorescent lights?

You're good - the yeast start metabolizing the priming sugar and it will create a layer of CO2 in the neck of the bottle. No worries.
