I am about to keg a 6 gallon batch of I.P.A. into a 5 gallon keg. I am probably going to bottle 2 gallons of it and was curious as to how to carbonate the bottles? Are Cooper's Carb Tabs the way to go? I've never used them and want an opinion. I already have enough priming sugar on hand for a 5 gallon batch but am not really sure how much to use. The beer is an IPA. Thanks!
