I all, I'm currently fermenting a Belgian Triple (kit) and since it's the only room in the house I can use for brew stuff I have to bottle condition in the same room. It is temp control and I'm not sure what temp I should set. Right now I have it 66* ambient and have the bottles is a big Tupperware wrapped with blankets. Any suggestions?

P.s my priority if I had to choose is the fermenter

At 66F,the bottles will def take a week or two longer to carb at least. Had that happen to me before. The Ambient temp def effects the metabolism of the yeast left in the bottles. So keep the container they're in wrapped in the blanket,it does help a couple of degrees, ime.
I keep my conditioning bottles & fermenter stand all in the same room as the computer. Been working well so far, give or take a couple degrees temperature.
