I don't know about yeast starters yet. Could I just add two vials or one vial of WLP-001 and one pack of Safale US-05? I'm brewing tomorrow so I don't think I'll learn to make a starter before then. Thanks...

That pitching rate calculator will also tell you how many vials you need without a starter. For beers with an OG of less than about 1.050 a pack of US-05 will cut it, again the calculator will tell you how many grams of yeast you need. You will also want to properly re-hydrate the yeast according to:

Now, that was the academically complete answer. For many people, pitching 1 pack of US-05 works great (no re-hydrating). Until you learn more about handling yeast I think this is a perfectly fine option.

Why not try using a starter, pretty easy to do, and a minimal investment in equipment.

Real simple for a starter:

Boil up about 2 pints water.
Add 1 cup DME.
Boil you wort (yes, you are making wort) for 15 minutes.
Cover and cool to 65-70 degrees
Sanitize EVERYTHING
Pour wort into a small vessel of sorts- growler or a flask works.
Add Yeast.
Let it sit for 2-3 days.

Here is a video that taught me:

If you're not comfortable with it yet, don't do it. I've been talked into doing things too early and regretted it.

but if you are ready, make sure your starter size is appropriate to the age of the yeast and the gravity of the final beer. mrmalty.com will help you. That site will also tell you how many dry packets or liquid vials to use.
