Hey guys, I was thinking about doing a BIAB. Do any of you have any experience with this? I was wondering, what would the best way to calculate for boil off?

Boil off from this method is no different than any other method of mashing. In the end, you measure your boil off rate.

This. BIAB is no different. If you haven't measured the boiloff rate of your equipment, 10%/hour is a good rule of thumb for a roiling boil.
