I'm going for something a little malty/nutty/earthy, with a light hop profile to match.

5.5 gallons at 73% efficiency, OG 1.054 - FG 1.013, IBU 40 for a IBU/SG ratio of 0.75.

2-row 78.25%
Munich 10.40%
Crystal 40L 6.25%
White Wheat 5.10%

0.75 oz Chinook @ 60 min for 38 IBU
0.5 oz Willamette @ 5 min

S-04 for yeast
 
Looks almost exactly like my ESB except I use chocolate in place of wheat and the hops are different. Looks like something I'd drink though.
