my orange pale ale has been in the primary for 10 days or so. Is it too late to dry hop? Leave it in the primary for that or move it to BB. Pellets are all I have. Thanks.

It's never too late to dry hop. I use pellets directly in the secondary and than wait for them to settle or cold crash after a few days to force them to settle.

First, no. It's not too late to dry hop. You can dry hop in either a primary or secondary, but I prefer the secondary. With pellets, I would put them in a muslin bag and dry hop for 10 days to two weeks.
