Can you use a CO2 tank for Beer Gas mix?

I have extra CO2 Tanks and want to add a Stout Tap soon. Do I need a new tank or can I use the CO2 I currently have.

Also, is Beer Gas okay to use for regular beer?

Beer gas is used at a higher pressure so the answer is....

I'm in the same boat of not understanding the differences in: CO2, Nitrogen and Beer gas. Do you use 100% nitrogen or when you have a stout faucet, do you use Beer Gas which is a mix of 70/30 or so? I've searched a bit but couldn't really get a definitive answer. It looks like many use CO2 for your stout regardless including Beirmuncher with his stout although he does use a stout faucet. I think that was what it said in his recipe for his stout..

CO2 regulators should only be used on CO2 bottles and Mixed Gas regulators should only be used on Mixed Gas bottles.

There are ways to adapt different regulators but they are designed to work at different pressures (input rather than output)
