Just making the jump to partial mash from kits. Need a good recipe. Don't have temp control. Preferably, I would like a wheat or a white recipe. Any suggestions/links for a good recipe?
 
Are you looking for an American or Bavarian style wheat? Either one is pretty straight forward with the American having a little more room for interpretation making it ideal for designing your own recipe.
