if i carbonate using priming sugar do the bottles need to be refridgerated or can i just leave them in the cool basement

If you carbonate, let them sit at room temperature for about 2 weeks. Then move them to cold storage.

I don't know what you're asking. If they don't fit in the fridge, then keep them outside of the fridge. I only keep beer and cider in the fridge when I plan on drinking them in the next few days. I have 7 cases of beer bottled and a few ciders and lots of wine. I have maybe a dozen bottles in the beer fridge. The rest are in the basement or the laundry room or wherever I have space and it's not too hot and out of the sun.

that basically answers my question i thought i read that to bottle condition you had to refridgerate it
