Hey I noticed my mead stopped bubbling a few days ago. Think I can rack it? It has been fermenting for a month and a few days. I know the recipe says 2 months but it honestly has done nothing and the yeast seems to hanging out with the oranges instead of going to the bottom of the carboy.

any suggestions?

Yes, leave it alone as per the recipe, then rack it once the fruit has dropped.

After all, if this is a first effort with JAO, then it's better to have a benchmark batch before starting to "change the rules"......
