So, I'm just starting off 
but I realize now that homebrewing requires a little bit of planning 
So my question is, what should I be starting now that will take until fall to be REALLY good? Just starting off should I tackle an oktoberfest or use the few remaining cool weeks before spring to try a lager in the garage or something?
