So, I'm just starting off :mug: but I realize now that homebrewing requires a little bit of planning :p

So my question is, what should I be starting now that will take until fall to be REALLY good? Just starting off should I tackle an oktoberfest or use the few remaining cool weeks before spring to try a lager in the garage or something?

anyway, just looking for some guidanc lol!

cheers

Now is a good time to start a high gravity winter warmer, a heavy stout, barleywine or Scottish ale.
