exersises for arthritic neck?

with all my stress of new job and moving I have my arthritic neck flaring up... no health insurance for 3 months... want to have it looked at in 3 months but any exercises or even yoga I can do in mean time to minimize pain?

any help.. can barely turn neck now and golf game is suffering (looking to break 100 this summer, teetering on the edge) neck sounds like a bowl of rice crispys.. snap crackle ouch!

ice should be your best friend. lots of ice...

Any high strength Barbiturate should do.

Get a good pillow. I'm still trying to find the best one for me, but if I use the wrong one, I am in agony for days. Only other thing I can suggest is tylenol and a heating blanket.
