Does this happen? I hit my final gravity in the primary and transfered to secondary 2 weeks ago from this coming Sunday. I was planning to bottle Sunday, but now I've got white floating specks in my secondary. I'm kinda assuming it's an infection, but I'd like someone else's oppinion. The only think that I can think of is that this batch was my first time using hop pellets and there was a lot of the little flakes they turn into left. I filtered most of them (my funnel has a filter in the bottom), but maybe some got through?

The same thing happened to me the first time I racked to a secondary. Most likely your yeast woke up. I rarely use a secondary now, I cold crash for a few days before I bottle or keg. You beer is fine RDWHAHB.
