Anybody see any Simcoe whole?

Harvested about 1# each Cascades and Centennial and about 5oz each of Chinook and Willamette after my freshhop ale.
A think between the harvest and my leftovers I am good for another year.

1lb cascade pellets
1lb cluster pellets
1lb fuggle leaf
1lb golding leaf

What do you use the cluster in?
I have about 6-10 oz of cluster and I am just not sure what to do with them?
JJ

English IPA = great use for Cluster.

As for me, I dont use leaf hops, so I'm still waiting for HopsDirect to finish harvest and start pelleting.

Soon as they do, I'm getting another Lb of Amarillo and Golding for sure. Don't know what else I"ll grab.

They now have Simcoe in stock @ 2.25 oz and only letting you buy 16oz. I just put in my order for 16oz. I like that they let you pay w/ Paypal, It's (almost) like getting free hops.
Cheers
JJ

Man, I ordered a pound of hops the day before they got the Simcoe in. Went back the next day to look at something and saw they had 2008 Simcoe. Oh well, guess I missed out... don't think I'll be able to justify another order anytime soon.

I gotta say, though, I am super-satisfied with the service: they take Paypal and ship *fast*!

Just ordered my '08 Whole Simcoe yesterday from Freshops. Awesome,

Ordered from both Freshops and Hopsdirect as soon as they released the 2008 harvest- and just ordered another lb each of Williamette and Goldings.

I noticed that midwest just started selling hops by the LB....any particular reason freshops or hopsdirect would be a better option?...or are all 3 suitable?

I did pre-order 4 rhizomes yesterday. Cascade, Centennial, Fuggles, Saaz

I got a lot of cascade and willamette, the willamette I got is from 2007 but its been vaccum sealed and in a freeze like the cascade (which is 7.8% alpha) so it should be good... I bought quite a lot actually, if anybody needs some let me know, by lb or ounce. I hope this doesn't constitute an ad, I just know everybody on here is saying where they got their hops from.
