Hi there !

I'm going to add coffee flavor to my next batch . It will be a moderate gravity ale and I'm going to add some cold brewed coffee to the Secondary .

I'd like to know if there would be any danger of contamination , as the Beer is not a strong dark one and the ABV is 3-4% .

most likley not. The pH of coffee is very low and has almost no nutrients for anything to grow. That being said, be sanitary when you are brewing it and adding to your brew...It should be fine. Good luck
