Spent Grain Chef

Thought I'd share this link I came across called the Spent Grain Chef

I've seen several posts on HBT for using spent grains in bread, dog treats, and veggie burgers, but the folks over at the Brooklyn Brew Shop seem to have some other inventive ideas for cookies, chicken, and the such.

Thanks for the link. I usually just do dog treats or compost it. Will have to check some of these out.

Yeah. The only thing I've tried is dog treats as well, but I think about it every time I toss the grain from my mash tun.

I've used several of their recipes with good results. The barley snack bars and cookies are particularly good
