Alright,
Since i dropped a bunch of cash at this place last year when i was there (was my fav place to end a day three days in a row), i need some help from the San Diego crowd to get me closer. Here is a start

8.5 # 2 row
1.85# 20 degree crystal
1.33 # munich

Centennial 10aa 1oz at 60 min
Chinook 13aa .75oz at 20
Centennial 10aa 1oz at 10 min
Chinook 13aa 1oz at 5 min
Centennial 10aa 1oz dry hop
Chinook 13aa 1oz at dryhop

wlp001
irish moss

75% eff
60 minute boil
sv 6.0g
fv 5.0g
est o.g. 1.064
est f.g 1.014
est srm 9.0
est ibu 73.9 (from beer smith, i would est around 67ish)
 
hell yes it is. :rockin: let me know if someone local has any input. it has been a few months since i had it, and cannot get specific on much that i can remember. i emailed the brewery but never got a response.
 
What you got is going to be a really nice beer. I haven't used that yeast in a while and would have to look up the target range, but the batch will taste better if you keep it in a shallow tub of ice water the first few days of active primary.

Thats gonna be real tasty whether or not it matches that beer I never heard of before.
 
c'mon. i know there are some good S.D. homebrewers out there that can help me out.
