That's a real open question. Way to many variables. what are you talking about? are you talking complete with fermentation, how many, with chillers, cip system, what manufacture, what type of system the list can go on for days.... When your talking about large systems they are built to your specs unless your buying used. Then Pro Brewer is going to be your best bet. www.probrewer.com

My buddy is starting a 6bbl brewery from the ground up and accounting for some early operating costs ect.. his seed capital is $450,000

Anywhere from 60k to 300k for the brewhouse and 50k-200k for the fermenters and brites.
As you can see, it's an incredibly vague answer. Need WAY more details to even ballpark a price.

I've seen recent quotes for a 15bbl system that run $185K - $250K. These are turn key brew systems but do not include keg washers/fillers, walkin cooler, kegs, bottling line, etc. Just brew equipment.
