Nothing quite like some time away from work to get some projects done.
This was accomplished with a Velleman project box of some sort and a few odds and ends from the local surplus shop. PID, SSR, and sensor purchased from Auberins.com.
There's not much you can't accomplish with a drill, jeweler's saw, and a set of files.
Enjoy, and forgive the picture bukkake.
^Front enclosure panel to house PID controller and power switch. Most measurements have been eyeballed, and lined off with a tquare.
^PID mounted
^Material was removed with a jeweler's saw, and filed size.
^Back side of front panel completed. Checking post screw post clearances.
^Lining up back panel for IEC connectors.
^Hole cut for line input
^IEC power connector mounted
