Vegas Craft Brewing

Hi,

Will be heading to Vegas in a couple of weeks. Anyone know of a good craft brewery or Brew Pub worth checking out?

I think there is a HoffBrau there. Big German beer hall with pokla music and such. A couple bars with a good selection but I can't remember which.

http://www.usmenuguide.com/chicagobrewing.html I didn't go to the acual brewery when I was in Vegas b/c I didn't know it existed. One of the casinos under the canopy had some of their beer on tap, but I can't remember which one. The beer was decent, but nothing spectacular. They only had one kind though. If I go back I will probably go to the brewery if I can get out of the casinos long enough.
