I brewed a 11 gal. Batch I keaged half of the batch and bottled the rest .the one I keaged was excellent the ones I bottled was good at best has anybody had this problem it was a allgrain porter ?

How long has it been in the bottle? How much sugar did you use to prime? There's not much to go on here at the moment.

I used 5 oz of priming sugar. For 5.50 gal. And it's been in the bottle for three weeks

So, is the problem the carbonation level or the taste or what?

No the carbonation is fine. It just don't tast like the one I keaged it has a slight funky tast

When it comes to funk, most off flavors are the result of an error in sanitizing somewhere. Here's a useful chart that can help you determine the off flavor and what typically causes it: http://www.howtobrew.com/section4/chapter21-2.html
If I had to guess, with the limited info we have Id say you have a sanitation issue with your bottles. What is your cleaning proceedure? Or you could have a light/skunking issue. Did you bottles get exposed to UV light at some point?
