Hey guys.

I just purchased the Caribou Slobber kit from NB. Everything looks good to me as far as the recipe, but I'd like to add a little bit more hop flavor and aroma to the recipe.

I picked up 2oz of Cascade pellets today at the LHBS, I don't want to overpower the recipe with the cascades, but a bit of that aroma and flavor would be nice, I think.

I was wondering you guys could help as far as when exactly to add them, and how much?

the hop additions as per the recipe:

10z US Goldings (60min)
1oz Liberty (45min)
1oz Williamette (15min)

Fermentables:

6lbs Amber malt syrup
1lb Amber DME

Specialty Grains:

0.25 lbs. Briess Caramel 80L
0.25 lbs Fawcett Pale Chocolate
0.125 lbs Black Malt

Wyeast 1332 Northwest Ale yeast.

Thanks.
