15, I wasn't sure what I was doing at first. You have to get all three down simultaneously, so you have to time the prior cursors.
i am stuck on 15 too... i think there is a chance if i don't work at all today that i might make it
No clue : I've tried that level like 5 times and can't get past it

I used 7 cursors, it can probably be done with less, but the multiple cursors moving makes my eyes hurt

Yeah you can get it with 6 but you'd have to be wicked fast.
Was a fun time waster during lunch. Didn't last long enough though. Probably sounded like a madman with all my rapid clicking!

I'm stuck on 15. I'm guessing that you need 3 previous cursors to push down all 3 buttons at the same time.

You have to push the button on level 6 for the stairs to appear on level 15.
