Hi!
Last week I bottled my first batch of home brew! I should have read everything a few more times, right after bottling I put it in the refrigerator. It was chilled for maybe 3 days before I realized this wasn't what the directions said. I put it back to room temp, was this a fatal mistake for this batch or will it carbonate after being chilled in the bottle?
Thanks

it will carbonate, just let it sit out of the fridge for the next week and a half then open one to test the carb levels. Chilling off yeast cells just puts them to sleep. you have to heat (pasteurize) them up to kill them.

Step 1: Don't use comic sans
Step 2: They'll be just fine at room temp. Give them another 2-3 weeks

I'd put it somewhere a little warm like the top of the fridge or in the closet with the water heater ~75-78F You'll be fine in a couple weeks.
