Hi, I chilled my wort for an extract brew, mixed it with three gallons of ice cold water and it was very cold, I pitched... that was 24 hours ago. tody after work (20 hours after pitching) the temp was 65f, im using white labs thats good between 65-70, should I try to raise the temp a bit to get it started?
im using the white labs wlp011, from their site:
Attenuation: 65-70%
Flocculation: Medium
Ideal Fermentation Temperature Range: 65-70°F
should I try to get it up to 70?
thanks!
