I have BeerSmith. Great software.

I see other people use it here as well and post recipes from it. I can't for the life of me figure out how to copy those recipes into a format I can post in the forum, anyone know what I mean?

From your recipe list, single-click the recipe you want and the lower frame will have the text. But when you highlight the text you want, don't use CTRL+C.... right-click and hit copy.

At least on my computer it won't let me CTRL+C

Mash @150 for 75 min. Can't wait to see how this turns out!

Gravity was a little high as I originally intended to collect about 13 gallons rather than shy of 12. Didn't actually measure FG yet, just threw an estimate in based on my mash profile.
