My amber bock has been in the primary 7 days tonight and is still sending a bubble through the airlock every 20 seconds. Should I let it stay in the primary or go ahead and rack to the 2ndary and let the fermentation finish there?

If its still bubbling, it probably needs a little longer in primary.

Check the SG of it? And check it again tomorrow. And again the day after. If theres no change then its time to rack.

Patience!
If its still bubbling it needs more time in the primary. There is no rush to transfer it. It takes a month or more in the primary before you will get any off flavors from leaving it on the yeast.

Racking now will remove most of the yeast and lengthen the time it takes to finish.
