I got a hose for the CFC build, and realized after I bought it that it said, "Do not use with water over 160* F. What kinda temp's can I expect?

It depends on how you plan to sanitize it. I run boiling wort through it with no coolant flowing. In that case, it will see 210F. In normal cooling, the output water will probably end up at about 180F but I'm sure it will hold up. It gets soft, but you're not running enough pressure to have problems.

You can buy some high temp silicone hosing from the big online HBS. Then you dont have to worry about anything.
