I brewed an octoberfest instead of making it a later i used a kolsch yeast. The mash went fine and so did the boil. I pitched the yeast at 78°f. Its been bottled for about two weeks now. Its carbed fine. It has a slight after taste though. Could it be because i pitched the yeast at to high of a temp?
