So I left my Belgian Blonde in my primary before I went on vacation for only 5 days and I came home to a blown up airlock and a few spats or beer on my wall? ANY CLUES?

It was a 7.5 gallon plastic fermenter that has NEVER come close to blowing over. Is my beer saveable?

That must have been a vigorous fermentation, indeed.

Unless insects got in there while the airlock was off, I think your beer will be fine. I had an airlock come off a carboy (I think a cat knocked it off) one time for about a week while I was away and that beer turned out just fine. I would proceed as normal.

The airlock didn't come off it just filled w/krausen. I'll rack it to secondary tonight and hope for the best. Thx
