Anybody know of a good internet merchant that sells the gamut and Briess dry and liquid malt extract? I'd like to brew a Sierra Nevada clone that calls specifically for Briess dry and liquid extracts, but I can't seem to find what I'm looking for. Thanks in advance.

But again, only for the LME.

Is this the clone in this month's BYO? If so, I'd been thinking about that recipe myself. I'd probably substitute with the Munton's DME, since it is readily available from my LHBS.

Yeah, it's the clone from this month's BYO. My brewing partner and I are huge Sierra Nevada fans and hopheads to boot. Know of any clones for Victory Hop Devil? Also, wouldn't substituting Munton's for Briess fundamentally alter the character of the malt?

Call these guys http://www.northcountrymalt.com/index.html if you want to order Briess DME in bulk 50# bags, they have the best pricing on the net. If you want to order in onesie twosies go with AHS, their price is better than DMEMart as well.

Oh, and you can convert the LME to DME to Grain if you want. 1 lb grain = .75 lb LME = .6 lb DME

I only use DME...
