So I'm just finishing up Jamil's Yeast book and I am so amped to start counting and plating yeast it's not even funny. Can anyone recommend a descent quality microscope that won't break the bank? If not a specific scope perhaps specs of one that would do the job (magnification/lenses etc.)? Thanks
