Hello fellow Home brewers. I was wondering if anyone has tampered with adding sage to an IPA. Trying to recreate Hopcat's Sage against the machine. I looked around the forums a little haven't seen a whole lot. I would like to know if you have added sage how much (I want to believe it wouldn't be a lot) also would like to know did you put it in the boil, primary, or both. Thanks for any input.
