That is a good one! They even have one for making more alcohol from cellulosic plat material. Green stuff,corn stalks,etc. One that also tlerates higher alcohol. Might be good for strong ales & barley wines. Interesting possibilities. Not distinguishable from results of natural yeast. Just get some messed up mutations every so often. But that's a variable in so many things in life. Line up the chromosome strands with the right DNA,& you got a bad mutation sometimes.
 
If this keeps up,we'll turn into the grays in no time. Too much genetic mutation supposedly ruins the earth completely in there time. Course,that's about a thousand years in the future. Lord knows what beer will become. Maybe that's why they're really visiting us? They can't make anymore beer! AAAARRRGH!:drunk:
