hi,

i am going to dry hop tomorrow in my secondary (a 6 gallon carboy) and i
want to dry hop for a week but leave the beer in the secondary for 2 weeks.
will make sense to add the hops (leaf hops) a week after i transfer my beer
to the secondary?

thanks

That will work. As you collect containers you can eventually toss in all your coriander and dryhop and so on and then rack off the dry add stuff to an empty. Lots of these do well, I find, with as much as a month of bulk aging off the dry adds before bottling.

If your recipe calls for seven days dryhopping you are going to do fine, but ink your calendarfor bottling day. +/- 36 hours will not be noticeable.
