The first book I bought when I started brewing a few years ago was the complete joy of homebrewing, and I still find myself going back to it every once in a while and then to try a recipe from it. My favorite has been No Sham Shamrock Irish Red Ale. I've brewed this one a few times and will again soon (maybe tomorrow!). I was wondering who's brewed recipes from this book and what are your favorites?

I have not, but look forward to one day making the Goat Scrotum ale. I've heard it's pretty good and the name can't be beat.

I've brewed Cherries in the Snow, and the tart Cherry stout. Both turned out excellent. I would recomend them to anyone.
