I happen to know Santa is bringing me an (almost) all Stainless-Steel nano-brewery.

Christmas afternoon I get to brew a five gallon batch that is going to touch plastic twice after the crushed grains leave the Ziplocs bags in the freezer.

Once in the plastic hose between the SS fermenter and the SS serving keg, and once between the serving keg and my glass.

:ban:

A new dog door for the greyhounds.

[I should mention that I ate all of the cookies myself.]

So far a bunch of wrapped boxes with real pretty bows and ribbons. :)

+1. It ain't Christmas yet, dude!

BTW did that stainless brewery really fit under the tree? Or did she have to set the tree on top of your present to get it "under" the tree???

Pine needles. Lots of them.

LOL not NEARLY as many as I had a few years ago. Check out this pic, taken Dec 26, '05:

With that, I'm ready to bet $5 that the big box under my tree has a 6.5gal carboy in it. I'll have to scrutinize the rest before taking guesses, but most of my stuff is well-disguised in those red-flag "you just got a wool sweater" garment boxes. No telling what's in them.

PS3 and the Rock Band bundle for me....and a few others that I don't know yet.

I also got a $25 gift certificate for Northern Brewer from a buddy. I guess he wants me to brew more beer! I can deal with that!!!!!!!!

What did you guys get for Christmas?

Santa brought me:

Family from far away to visit with
50# of Rahr 2 row
Sanke keg false bottom
3" dial thermometer with 1/2" NPT connection
Winexpert Pinot Noir kit
Galena, Amarillo, and Hallertau Hops, 1#, 10 oz each from Hops Direct. I love the extra 10 oz that they pack in there!
A bunch of reloading stuff, including 5K small rifle primers and 1500 .223 bullets.
Misc. fly tying stuff

Nothing like beer, fishing and gun stuff for Christmas.

The best part had to be my daughter opening up her Remington model 7 in .243.

The next best was sharing my PID temperature control plans for the HLT and MLT with my father. I think I have a capital investor here! He was giddy. (After several homebrews, of course)

Hope you guys and gals all have a great Christmas!
