Orange blossom.
Traditional mead made with Orange blossom honey, the citrus comes through
Looks a tad cloudy. Might be the picture though. You may end up with a good amount of sediment in the bottles in a few months.
Why so many re-racks in a one month period?
My first naga chilli mead,

Cracked open a nice 2011 Mixed fruit melomel. Semi-sweet style at 17%. Very tasty.
