yep, it is hard to find a nice session ale most days.... All the Breweries in Raleigh seem to think more alcohol is better.

I love to go to the Lonerider Brewery each Friday but they have nothing...

I think you will be fine.... Like most things Yeast manufactures want you to use the stuff at the optimum temps but from my reading over the last few years I have learned some commercial brewers...

He had brewed it the weekend before...

Well I think I need 10 gallons of Barley Wine... Let it age for a few years before you drink it.... I mean it always is good to have 40 or 50 gallons in reserve...

I maybe have the same problem.... I did three batches yesterday and now think I might have tossed the yeast in when the temp was 90 degrees and not 80... Yes you will have to convert Canuk, HA!

LIDS
Some lids don't work well with others is one thing and I have never used LUBE.


I fill the keg and pull the WET, soaking in StarSan, lid...

Yep.... easy and clean.

You don't get the water binding the material to anything...

I mean water and ground grain can make a pretty good paste..
