Monolithe APA

- 12 gallon recipe
- 42 IBUs
- 8 SRM
- 1.057 OG at 71% efficiency
- Single infusion mash at 150 deg F
- FG = ~1.015

My beers seem to benefit from 4 weeks in primary. I usually don't secondary unless I am short on keg space.

I've never aerated but have made plenty of big beers with the same yeast strain. Never had a hung ferm either so I'd probably edge toward wait and see rather than risking contamination if it's not...
