Go for it. The boil should kill any nasties and shouldn't result in any off flavors. I used to do partial grain after my boy went to sleep. It definately makes for a long night. He's 2 1/2 now...

This is what I do for my 2 kegs, it doesn't take double the time, just double the gas(which isn't much). The pressure is the same so it dissolves in the beer at the same rate.:tank:
