I'm having issues dialing in my carbonation level. I think it may be due to not having my volume known exactly.
Sometimes I get 6 bottles, once in a while I get 8.

But the flavor of this beer is way more influenceed by lack of hops (zero) than being all rye.

I use a grain bag to strain the mash (almost BIAB)
No issues sparging that way, and the wort was not overly thick.
