Carbing Apfelwein

Would love to hear from anyone who has carbed a batch of Apfelwein into 12 ounce bottles. How much sugar did you use… Any problems along the way. Just getting ready to do this tonight myself...

I have a 5 gal batch that I started on 4/20/13. Im wanting to bottle it in grolsch bottles while adding sugar to carb it. How long should it stay in the primary before bottling?

I'll be waiting until this Friday to bottle. Went back and looked at my start date and I'm trying to give it a solid six months. We started on July 4 so I guess I'll be a little more patient.
