if I were you I would try spraying it lightly with some star San, freeze it, thaw it, mash it up, add it, age it, sample it, when ready put a mesh bag over the end of the siphon cross you fingers...

At this point you have most likely fully fermented the beer if it's sitting at 1.010. I would pull it off the yeast and lager at 32 deg.

Jnco, the claussinni batch clumped almost exactly the same way. you can still kind of see it 2nd carboy from the front. Under the funky looking large...
